BTW, I didn't mention Cacique de Ramos because they aren't in Eliomar's guide, though they have been other years. This is an indication to me that, like many blocks this year, they don't WANT their event to be divulged all across the ether in order to keep the parade to a managable size. So I respected that preumative wish and didn't give out any info for them.
