Well, there is no one asking for a smaller government from the Cardoso wing of politics either, even though neoliberals are suppose to favor the private sector over governemnt intervention! Look at the tax rate and the overall debt level....its pretty crazy if you ask me, what happened to the bureucracy? Did it shink? How about the level of red tape that affects ordinary citizens?
