Mr. Buarque does give Lula hell, continuing to nip at Lula's heels and remind him what he stands for, what his goals are (were). I'm sure Mr. Buarque knows the difficulties that have faced the Lula administration in "eliminating poverty, overcoming the brutal concentration of wealth, reducing social and regional inequalities, initiating a revolution in the education and healthcare of the Brazilian people, in the daily exercise of politics," since he's on the inside of government. But, he's doing a fine job being the conscience of the PT. Lula has certainly disappointed many on the Left. Buarque is not letting Lula forget it either.
Isn't it also interesting how the guest comments are so silent? Where are the usual suspects, the regular Lula haters? What, this isn't the kind of criticism you want to see?
