Although I am not an Arab or even an Arab descendent, I have friends and relatives who are Arabs.

Any racism or any other type of bigotry against them is irrational and dumb. Sure, some Arabs are terrorists. Some Jews are terrorists, some Brazilians are terrorists (Favelas’ drug dealers), some Americans are terrorists (bombing of the Federal Building in Okalahoma city, for example or the Unabomber), etc. What should we do then?

Both Brazil and America and the rest of the Americas was founded on the killing of the native population, the brutal centuries long enslavement of the Africans and when slavery was over they were discarded to fend for themselves the best way they could in a hostile and racist society.

However, America went on to build the atomic bomb and decided to take over the world murdering and killing everywhere she went as she is now doing in Iraq. The murder rate in America would be just as high if not higher than Brazils it's just that the Americans go all over the world kicking butt. There are over 9 million arabs living in brazil today of which the vast majority are highly successful people who have contributed significantly to the economy. The arbs have historically contributed massively, medicine, astronomy, maths. In fact, reading most of these comments we can see what goes in peoples's minds. Hate and non-tolerance. It is a well known fact that when the europeans arrived in America, as well as in Africa, the continents were already populated by their indigenous semi savage people, which lived in a very primitive state.It is however a bit too late to denounce that now.The whites and arabes living in those countries should be treated as tolerated settlers who have greatly contributed to the development of those countries and, if we put the two devils on the scale ocuppation/non-occupation, we are bound to accept that the original settlers brought in civilisation and know how, and established the borders as hey are today.
