A good 12 years ago, still in the pre-Internet era, when we had arguments on separatism in Brazil, I published an article in the daily Zero Hora, from Porto Alegre, entitled "The Territory Is Already Divided". In that article, I stated that the Ianomami and other indigenous tribes could have countries for their own use, while other Brazilians could not even think about the subject because it was a crime against national security.

You are what I call a dinossaur.
Do you really believe that the Ianomami are inferior to white "civilized" eastern people because they do not write?
They have been liven in peace in this land for thousands of years, in harmony with nature. They walk over the very flesh and bone of their ancestors. I *think* they might have the right to it.
