The posted placed above might be a deceptive attempt to bring confusion to this question, trying to deviate the reader to the important facts presented by the author.

In fact, the author shows in another article that the MST is also an anti-Semitic movement that openly supports terrorism against Israel.

In his article “200,000 Children in Brazil Are Learning from Mao's Red Book”, Zimmermann reveals the MST's anti-Semitic position in these terms which I now reproduce:

The here referred article points out a real plot to undermine Brazilian democracy (one of the largest in the world) and the only comments that followed were only expressions of anti-Semitic hatred, as the author is a Brazilian Jew, though being a highly reputed author and jurist.

We know the supposed :
....to get elected Lula officially and publicly promised that during his 4 years mandate he will resettle 400'000 MST. Based on that deal...the MST voted for Lula.
So far around 115'000 or so have been resettled in 3 years. After the recent buildings occupation from the MST, a minister confirmed that the government will hold its promise.
But how can anyone sincere says such a stupidity, because it seems far improbable that 280'000 MST will be settle in one year when only 115'000 have been settled in 3 years !!!!
Also how can anyone sincere promise such numbers when THEY know that the budget for the MST settlements has been cut from
1.7 billions Reais to....700 millions ????. A 60 % reduction or so !!!! Reductions explained by budget austerity !!!!!!!

And he failed in his promises by reducing this program by 60 %....IN A BOOMING ECONOMY !!!!!!!!!! A true tragedy and shame !!!!!!

This demonstrate that Lula is a traitor to the MST and top all the needy brazilian citizens, that his promises are just words....never facts !

the same could be said for most of his programs, healthcare, education, anti corruption, tax collection, housing, infrastructure, etc etc.

Even in the economic growth rate....Lula failed, because many developing nations during the same last 3 years had a much higher growth than Brazil. On top you should have had a much higher growth rate than others because earlier your currency collapsed almost 75 % in a few years.....that helped your exports, and other developing nations had not this advantage !!!!!

NOW the questions are : WHEN WILL A BRAZILIAN PRESIDENT REALLY TAKE CARE OF THE POVERTY AND LAND REDISTRIBUTION !!!!!! SO FAR....MANY PROMISES.....LITTLE FACTS !!!!!!!

Just look at today report from Amnesty International. It speaks for itself of how little care is given by the brazilian governments to their electors !!!!!!

....what do Brazilians Unions....such as civil servants, police, army, workers, bank employees etc etc do differently than the MST !!!!!!

The Unions go on strike, street demonstrations and ask for salary increase! Having a work they are still paid their wages partially or wholly !!!!

The MST members dont have a job, therefore also no wages, by definition, so they cannot go on strike.
They dont ask for more.....than 400'000 families settlements...AS PROMISED BY LULA BEFORE AND AFTER HE WAS ELECTED ¨!!!

They dont ask for an increase...as unions do regularly....but for a specified agreed and promised number !!!!!!
