"This house is judging me, but it is also judging itself." The year-long political thunderstorm in Brazil was symbolically closed on 30 November 2005 when the congressman José Dirceu de Oliveira e Silva - architect of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's rise to power and for more than two decades his most powerful adviser - made his farewell to politics after being judged guilty of "breaching parliamentary decorum."

For 37 years he was, publicly, against corruption and when elected he became the master of corruption !
No doubt he manipulated the accounts "receivables/payables"of the PT party during the first 37 years too, with Caïxa 2, Caïxa 3, Caïxa4 !
