Number of New Jobs Drop Sharply in Brazil

73, 285 jobs were created in Brazil in February, up 0.30% from January, but this figure represents a deceleration compared with January, when 115,972 formal positions were added, as well as with February, 2004, when the increase amounted to 139,074 jobs.
