And then threatening to nationalize when prices are high for a while, because the original concessions & licences are suddenly found to have not been sold at a decent price when prices were low and no one knew

1) it was 1400 not 14000 layoffs !
2) I heard nothing. But several newer projects have been canceled.

where is some article about the recent event of allowing this italian , comunist ,violent murderer to have asylum in brazil ?tarso is an idiot. this is the same guy that said farc wasnt a problem for brazil....yeah right...that is why beira mar was having lunch with them when he got caught, as well as his two recent leiutenents...not to mention the pcc involvement with farc....
