Mein Kamaraden, I do appreciate your invitation to a blue collar worker like my excellent self to comment. BUT....BUT.... (infinity), I am too busy interacting with "Men san Frontiére" under the article of Lord Augustus.
BUT....BUT....(To infinity), if you insist:
UNE has got a brand new President and he should know better than anyone else (including your excellent self) how to improve "Brazil´s Public Schools".

No. My "uncle" is too busy interacting with your "cousin" in Palais de l'Élysée.May be I will get to drink some "cheap" French wine which will turn out to be very expensive after the "reduced" (when?) taxes.

UNE stands for "União Nacional dos Estudantes" which in a way a party sponsored organization. In English it would be National Students Union. Very smart entity and it knows how to improve the education in Brazil. Their strategy also should increase the national demand for detergent packs.
Yes, of course, education is a necessary step in raising a healthy, full of personality, so these issues should give special attention to the education rights.
