Anyone entering a car, truck, or bus and driving on the Brazilian highways knows that, save on rare occasions, he is going to find holes, detours, shoulders covered in overgrowth, and bad signing, among other problems.

Hello I'm working with Dr.Raul Govea here in Albuquerque New Mexico, on a new product that will greatly decrease the cost of asphalt road paving. I'm involved with a billion dollar oil company: Holly Oil (Dallas, Texas), They ARE interested in working with Brazil! The patented process begins with a cheap, low temperature resistant binder, and converts it into a very high resistant binder (bitimen) (58C to 78C ) at a very low cost. The higher binder cost is prohibitive, but everyone want a high temperature resistant pavement! Could you contact me at calvintrust@hotmail.com Since you're in Brazil and only 15% of the roads are paved we can talk OK?
