Simply the best article, ever published on Lula and his gang of criminals and crooks.
Even the Bolsa Familia program is a farce : Reais 8 billions represents less than 2 % of the 455 billion government budget for 23 % of the poorest population. Reais 8 billions represents around 10 % of the Federal civil servants salaries (without yet the perks and their huge pensions benefits). And the federal civil servants are "only" 2 millions.....way too much, but these 2 millions get ten times more than than the poorest 11 millions families in the Bolsa Familia.
It is therefore not without reason that Brazil has the World Worst (or almost) Income Distribution.
Finally Lula is proud of his economic achievements during his 4 years mandate : The Lowest Economic Growth Rate of All Developing Countries....... and also the World Highest Interest Rate after inflation......EVEN TODAY OCTOBER 13, 2006 !!!!
