Brazilian racecar driver Roger Scotton has signed an agreement with two major companies and will be driving in the NASCAR Busch Series this year. The 32-year Brazilian race driver Roger Scotton, who has been recovering from a motorcycle accident occurred January 17 and which left him in intensive care with serious injuries, did not give up on his dream.

Says Roger, "I have worked very hard for the last few months, I have gone through many disappointments on the business and on the personal level. I have also endured a lot of pain, both physical and emotional, during my long road to recovery from my accident in January but, I have a strong faith in God and I know in my heart that with dedication and hard work everything is possible.

"Today I have to say that is one the happiest days of my life because the hard work has finally paid off for me. And now I have to be in absolute great physical fitness for driving; I have made a full recovery, going to the gym seven days a week. At the gym I always push myself to the limit. Lifting weights for two hours to be on the top of my game. Now I just need to be in the car and prepare my self for competition."

Roger Scotton will be participating in the last four races of the NASCAR Busch Series this year and will also drive in three races in the American Le Mans Series. Next year he will drive for the 2004 season.

Scotton, Brazilian born, is the President of Scotton Racing Inc. and has extensive racing experience. A former Brazilian karting champion, he has continued to achieve success both on and off the racetrack. He was a front-runner and winner in the Builder Barber Dodge Formula and finished 1st place in his class at the recent Moroso Speedway 24 Hours event.
