- what do you do then to increase financings with your HUGE trade surpluses ? Not willing to take risk at your own...homes ? Then why foreigners should do it ????
2) the example is quite clear, ALL the Mercosur members are awash with cash...BUT UNWILLING to put money at work.....expecting others to do it. You just wish to increase
your foreign money reserves.....without taking any risk and invest mostly in foreign government short term deposits.
End results : you created a Regional Bank involving around 300 millions people, with US$ 410 millions....ONLY.
Or US$ 1.50....per capita !!!!! Great trust in your own development !!!!! Isnt it ?????
Us$ 410 millions being around ONE WEEK OF ONLY BRAZIL------TRADE SURPLUS !!!!!
Please....please....STOP BEGGING ! Put your own money....where your trsut is...if you trust on yourself !!!
Please....please....STOP TALKING ! TIME TO ACT !!!
