Did you know that the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), a very
well-known international financial organization, gave money to the past Bahian
government mostly used to buy fake sculptures and to use the name of a French
museum (Musée Rodin)?

At least ACM is dead. Ach, no wonder Bin Lula has his "curral" in the northeast. A very underpriveleged population, especially in educational terms. Bo, have you managed to notice the difference of common joes from there to the ones from other regions? Any input?

Unquestionably. I love travelling to Rio, SP, or the south, not to mention my trips back home to the U.S. It's a breath of fresh air being able to communicate with people that don't have blinders on. The majority here are very gullible and also react forcefully, violently at times, when someone questions their ideologies. You have to be very careful on what you say and how you say it, especially if you're a gringo.
