Is it not in reality ...... the opposite ? Such as Twitter has made Brazil for a Fairer Democracy ?
And to my knowledge...FAIRER doesnt mean FAIR ! Fairer means less bad than before, but doesnt mean GOOD. Thus my question is........IS BRAZIL A FAIR DEMOCRACY...where Vote buying is common practice, where Impunity is common practice, where (UN)Justice is common practice, where social and wealth total inequality is common practice ??????

Just re-read your own Constitution and National Anthem. And then tell me how well/bad reality really is ! Good laws are Nooo laws or bad laws if and when NOT applied. And Bad laws remains bad laws especially if applied !
