Charlie,
To answer your question about Vancouver..its a really fun
place. Theres almost no violence, streets are clean, girls
look really nice, beautiful surroundings (mountains, bay,
forest), party destination for north-western states
(oregon, washington, etc). Arrive in July-August if you like
crowds, Ive been told the city goes crazy around that time
of year. Oh yeah, the exchange rate is favorable to those
coming from the US. All in all, one of my favorite cities.
