I know biscoito de polvilho is hard to find. Do you happen to know if any of the stores carry it?

I don't think you can buy frozen acarajé. But you may find somebody that does it in your area. Very few cooks will do it though since it is so complicated and time consuming and expensive besides that due do the dende oil needed.
