Well it's not over yet. Lula only managed to get 46.44 % of the vote yesterday. So there will be a runoff election on Oct. 27th between Lula and Serra.
Another 3 weeks of campaigning and loudspeaker trucks, great.
I wonder if the new electronic ballot boxes had anything to do with it???
