Brazil has an extraordinary external debt and internal debt. Who decides the economy is IMF (Fundo Monetário Internacional) and the World Bank. Neither person can do miracle in an economy where the country has a BIG debt and is owening for any international financial institution and the shares market is seeing EVER DAY the economical situation of the Brazil.

He's the president. Brazil is a presidential republic, with two chambers, composed by 26 states plus the federal district, where the capital , Brasilia, is.
