I have a friend living in Brazil that I have lost touch with. How can I locate address and telephone information? All I have is his name and his address from several years ago. I have no idea in what part of Brazil to look. Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

Try the on-line "white pages" like www.riolistas.com.br or www.probusca.com.br. Also try http://www.pegue.com/listas.htm which has a listing for many states here in Brazil. You may be able to find your friend that way if they have a telephone line in their name. Good luck.
