Once you have it installed, you can do a detailed search for members in any city in Brazil. Many people provide info about themselves, so you can select some that sound interesting, and send them a message. You WILL get responses. One of my best friends in Brazil is a very nice woman I first met thru ICQ. I now see her every time I go to Brazil, at least twice per year. As a matter of fact, I had to kind of back off using ICQ because I was getting WAY too many messages, and couldn't keep up with answering them. | |
