I get to know a very nice Brazilian and we are getting very well. I realized that he is engaged to a lady in Brazil and has been a few years. Does all Brazilian go through engagement before marriage, why? Do you exchange vow and is a form of ceremony?
It is ok to not to married you fiance after so many years?
