I'm looking for Portuguese classes in the Norfolk, and Virginia Beach area. Unfortunately none of the local colleges offer it. As of now I'm learning with a dictionary and some flash cards. Obrigado

Try your local Language schools, Brazilian Restaraunts, areas with alleged high concentration of Brazilians and Portuguese....

The initial difficuly simply means that you have to be a little more creative in your search
