An 80 minute card gets you 20 minutes to Brazil, so you are still looking at $1.00 per minute. There are several small business calling cards that have better rates, but less reliability, and it is usually impossible to find a specific one that a person would suggest on here. That's why I would suggest an easy to find, mass marketed card like Wal-Mart. However, if you would consider an alternate route, several long distance companies offer VERY cheap rates (compared to calling cards) to a single country. For instance I am using AT&T and I pay $3.00 per month flat fee to have a .22 cent per minute rate. Good Luck!

They work great and you get a lot more time. Usually .18/minute. It depends where in Brazil and if you are calling to a cell phone or not. (cell phones are more expensive.) If I call my friend at work in Sao Paulo it is extremely cheap!!! The only thing you need to do is set up a Pen Pal...VERY EASY. You don't have to...but it makes the process very easy. You receive your pin numbers through an email. I have never had a problem with this and I have been using it all summer. Here is the website. https://www.cognigen.net/cards/order.cgi?activecards And the Pay Pal: http://ld.net/private/paypal.cgi?activecards Good luck!
