and don't forget earthquake fasteners, rebar, etc, and fire-protection systems, etc...

(and private companies pertaining the goods and services... not damn state owned... The police are of the people, by the people, for the people, and your police cars, the building of police stations, etc, should be contracted with local Brazilian private companies... using made in Brazil, etc etc... (there are open bids for the contracts, the best bidder gets the contract (best product at the best price, with good fair prevailing wages and minimim bid figured in to guarantee fairness, it is easy...)

>>along with everything else...

When Americans do county, state, or federal, jobs, all of the services and products must come from local producers and local companies... American police cars and police motorcyles are supposed to be made locally by American owned companies; by law. When a school, court-house, or anything else, is built for county, state, or federal, all products and services are supposed to be locally owned and produced; from nails, to door-hinges, to door-knobs, to the companies doing the skilled labor; all of it must be from local sources, by law. Brazil should do that too. It helps. (and private companies pertaining the goods and services... not damn state owned...
