Before that, in 2007, there will be a meeting between ministers of foreign relations in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

And in six month’s time, there will be a high level meeting between the governments of both regions at the offices of the League of Arab States, in Cairo.

The schedule was decided during the meeting of Foreign Ministers of the Arab and South American countries, which took place today in Brazilian capital Brasília.

“Most of the meeting was used to reach an understanding regarding the mechanisms to proceed with the summit,” stated Amorim.
