Nobody Seems Happy with Brazil’s New GM Measure

The recent temporary measure (Medida Provisória, MP) signed by Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva authorizing the planting and selling of genetically modified soy beans seems to have left very few people happy. The measure was announced on Friday.
