Canada to Teach How to Protect Brazilians Threatened by Death

Brazil’s Minister Nilmário Miranda, in charge of the Special Secretariat for Human Rights, announced that police officers in the state of Pará will receive training from Canadian colleagues to work on behalf of defenders of human rights, witnesses threatened with death, and victims of persecution in the state.
