New Reservation to Repay Debt Brazil Owes Indians, Says Lula

On Friday, April 15, Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva signed a decree homologating the Raposa Serra do Sol Indian reservation, located in the state of Roraima, in the Amazon.
