Brazil Gol’s Cargo Service Grows 60% to US$ 59 Million

According to Brazilian airline Gol, the cargo service of the company, Gollog, registered last year a 51% increase in the volume of cargo transported, which rose to 41,200 tons. Gross revenues were 60% greater, at US$ 59 million.

It is in the bellies of the 65 aircraft in operation that the cargo is transported. Gollog has two of its own bases, both in the southeastern Brazilian state of São Paulo, one in Congonhas, and the other at Cumbica International Airport, in Guarulhos, in which 95 collaborators work.

Apart from that, the organization counts on 42 franchise units and a fleet of 100 vehicles for the collection and delivery services.

In Brazil, Gollog currently runs services from 44 bases in different cities and states. Abroad, there are five: Buenos Aires, Córdoba and Rosário, in Argentina, Assunción, in Paraguay, and Santiago, in Chile.
