In the note, the Brazilian government conveys its grief over the consequences of the earthquakes that struck the region on October 8 and expresses solidarity with the families of the victims of the disaster and with the Pakistani government.

The humanitarian measure is being organized by the Presidential Institutional Security Cabinet. The Ministry of Health has already made 300 kilograms of medicine available, and the Ministry of Social Development has offered around 14 tons of food. Transportation will be provided by the FAB (Força Aérea Brasileira – Brazilian Air Force).
