Brazil Loses 4.5 Million Tons of Soybeans to Rust

Brazil’s Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Supply’s Department of Plant Health and Inspection is evaluating how to control soybean rust in the country. Together with experts they are assessing which advances were made in controlling the disease and proposing activities for the 2004/2005 growing year.
