Brazil Takes Its Shoes to Las Vegas Trade Show

Brazilian shoe manufacturers will start in February the activities of the Brazilian Footwear, program for the promotion of exports in the sector, planned for this year.

From the 6th to 8th there will be the showroom for Brazilian Shoes, in Argentina, and from the 5th to 8th the World Shoe Association (WSA), a trade show in Las Vegas in the United States.


The program was developed by the Brazilian Association of Shoe Manufacturers (Abicalçados) and the Brazilian Export Promotion Agency (Apex).


The program will take about 20 companies to Buenos Aires, capital of Argentina, where the companies Bottero, Klin, Lia Line, Merky, Crysalis, Pé com Pé, Pimpolho, Kidy, Vissi, Lindi, Record and Scamber have already confirmed their presence, as well as five companies in the state of Paraí­ba.


In Las Vegas the program will exhibit 11 brands, in an individual or group manner.


In the institutional stand there will be the companies Bical, Morenatom and Kiuty.


In their own spaces there will be the brands Azaléia, Planet Shoe, Bibi, Dakota, Francesca Giobbi, Klin, Mauricio Medeiros and Pampili.
