Recently the presidents of South American nations launched a proposal to form a "Community of Nations" that would group twelve countries covering 17 million square kilometers, with 361 million inhabitants, and a GDP of more than US$ 970 billion.

A road between Brazil and Peru will be benecifial for both sides, and i dont think peruvian farmers will face problems for that, we dont compete in agriculture with mercosur, we peruvians have alternative products (such as 3000 varieties of potato, and strong industries of cement, etc..) to sel to Brazil.
It is a hughe opportunity and the window frame start now.
