A New Blackout on Brazil’s Horizon, Warn Scientists

The Brazilian Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Mines and Energy, MaurÀ­cio Tolmasquin, reaffirmed today that Brazil does not run the risk of a new blackout in 2008.
